This format is designed to test the limits of your endurance while giving you maximum exposure to different opponents each week. Teams will spend the first hour competing in a King & Queen of the Court format; for three 15 minute rounds with 5 minutes rest between each round. The top four teams will advance to a single elimination tournament of traditional games played to 21 (no cap).

King/Queen of the Court is played with all 5 teams competing on 1 court at the same time. One side of the court is the “King/Queen” side. The other side is the serving side. The ball is served to the “King/Queen” side and the ball is played out. If you win the point, you either move to the “K/Q” side, or receive a point if you are on that side already. Then the next team in line steps up to serve. The goal is to earn as many points as possible on the “K/Q” in the allotted time. You do not earn points from a missed serve.
