Hold Harmless Waiver

In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities provided by Dragonfly Athletics, Participant or Guardian of Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk:

Participant or Guardian of Participant understands and acknowledges that participating in activities at Dragonfly Athletics involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, illness, property damage, and other dangers. Participant or Guardian of Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these activities and releases Dragonfly Athletics from any liability for such risks.

2. Hold Harmless:

Participant or Guardian of Participant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Dragonfly Athletics, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to Participant's or Guardian of Participant's participation in activities at Dragonfly Athletics.

3. Use of Photos and Videos:

Participant or Guardian of Participant grants Dragonfly Athletics the right to take photographs and videos of Participant during activities conducted at Dragonfly Athletics. Participant or Guardian of Participant understands and agrees that these photographs and videos become the property of Dragonfly Athletics and may be used for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes, including but not limited to, websites, social media, brochures, and advertising materials.

4. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.

5. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Participant or Guardian of Participant and Dragonfly Athletics and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

6. Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance:

Participant or Guardian of Participant acknowledges that they have read and understand this Agreement, and by signing below, they voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

By signing this Agreement, the Participant or Guardian of Participant acknowledges their understanding of the risks associated with activities at Dragonfly Athletics, agrees to release Dragonfly Athletics from liability, and grants permission for the use of photos and videos as described herein. This Agreement is effective immediately upon signature.
